Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Principal Clinical Search, LLC handles information about healthcare professionals we speak with, represent, or consider for a search assignment. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

• Contact information, including name, email address, and phone number
• Résumés or curriculum vitae
• Licenses, certifications, and other credentials
• Employment and practice history, including care settings and specialties
• Compensation expectations and, where you share it, current compensation
• Interview availability, scheduling preferences, and interview feedback
• Any other details you choose to share during a conversation

We receive this information directly from you, or from a referral source or publicly available professional profile.

Our clinical partner reviews credentials, care-setting experience, and practice fit. Our managing partner reviews role fit, timing, compensation alignment, and search logistics. Review is performed by the founders of the firm.

Candidate information is stored in access-controlled systems used to manage our searches and communications. Access is limited to the founders and to service providers acting on our behalf.

We present candidate information to a prospective employer only for a specific role and only after you agree to be presented for that role. We do not distribute your résumé or credentials broadly, and we do not contact your current employer without your permission.

We retain candidate information for as long as it is useful for current and future search conversations, unless you ask us to remove it. Records related to a completed placement may be retained for a reasonable business period.

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete your candidate information at any time. We verify the identity of the requester before acting, and we complete verified removal requests within a reasonable period. Information already shared with a prospective employer at your direction is subject to that employer's own retention practices.
